The Family Space are a family coaching practice based in North London. Through private consultations, courses and workshops, they promote positive parenting and solution focused family strategies.
We were commissioned to create an identity, which would communicate their brand vision: Helping families connect and thrive. We put this idea at the heart of the brand, creating a logo that visually depicts a parent-child connection. We further utilised this idea, to develop the brand visual language; combining a soft, humanistic illustration style created by the very talented Anna Kovecses, and a geometric radiating pattern, we were able to further reinforce the idea of connect and thrive.
The Family Space understand the benefits of social media, but also recognise the problems families may face when too much time is dedicated to these platforms. With this in mind, we created a fun and playful ‘anti social media’ social media campaign and brand language. Adding a sense of playful anarchy to the core brand message we encourage families to ‘disconnect and thrive’, in order to spend more time focused on physical family based activities.
Deliverables for the project included; brand strategy, brand identity, a fully responsive website to work across all digital platforms, business cards, promotional postcards and posters, full social media campaign and brand presentation templates.
